Payment
None from us. The price you see is the full price, with taxes and fees included, and nothing is added along the way. One thing can come on top, and we do not hide it: some hotels charge an amount on arrival that is not included in our price. Where the supplier tells us the amount, it is stated on the room itself on the hotel page, before you book.
By payment card. If you ask us to book manually, we send you a secure payment link, which you pay by card.
When you confirm the reservation. If the price has changed between the search and the reservation, you see the new price before you confirm, never afterwards.
Cancellation
The rate decides. Every stay has its own cancellation terms. Some rates can be cancelled free of charge until a given date, others are cheaper but cannot be refunded. The terms are always shown before you confirm, and repeated in the confirmation.

Changes
Contact us with your booking number and we will look into it. Whether the change is possible depends on the hotel's terms and the rooms available. If the change costs anything, you are told the amount before you say yes.
Check-in
The times are stated in your confirmation, and on the hotel's page before you book. For example from 15.00, out by 12.00 at the latest.
Write to us with your booking number and arrival time, and we will let the hotel know.
If the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be able to reach you while you travel, you can register on Danskerlisten. It takes a couple of minutes.
The registration is personal and takes place with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we mention it only as a service.

Yes. The butler sits at the bottom right of every page, and you can write to him whenever you like. He can explain how booking, pricing and cancellation work here, and he can start a real search for you.
He has no hotel data in the conversation, so he never names a hotel, a price or a free room. Those numbers come from the search itself, straight from the supplier.
